About Us
Allan D. Goldstein, Esq. has been engaged in the private practice of law since he was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978.
He is also admitted to practice in the United States Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York State.
Allan is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and has served on various committees: Hospital & Health Law, Surrogate’s Court Estates & Trusts, and Real Property Law. He also is a member of the New York State Bar Association and has been a member of the Jewish Lawyers Association of Nassau County.
For many years, Allan has served as an arbitrator in the 10th Judicial District Nassau County for the New York Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program.
Education
Allan graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude.
He received his degree of Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
Background
Allan has lectured on real estate (both residential and commercial), business, estate planning and health law matters.
Allan has served on a committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) where he was involved in fundraising for this Foundation.

Throughout his legal career, Allan has been involved in the general practice of law concentrating in the following areas: real estate, health law, estate planning, estate proceedings, litigation and commercial matters. In addition, he has represented health care facilities on Long Island, and businesses in the Metropolitan area, as well as professional medical and dental providers.
